Diversity in the workplace

Diver­si­ty is a cor­ner­stone of progress in the work­place, and there are var­i­ous busi­ness cas­es to be made in sup­port of get­ting under-rep­re­sent­ed groups into the work­force. But most impor­tant­ly, when left unad­dressed, work­place diver­si­ty gaps per­pet­u­ate a cycle of inequal­i­ty. That makes address­ing diver­si­ty an imper­a­tive for for­ward-think­ing firms
